THE SILENCED WOMEN'S REVOLUTION

DOCUMENTARY  - IN PRODUCTION

The Silenced Women’s Revolution tells the extraordinary true story of three Jewish women—Parisa, Diana, and Eti—who were forced to flee Iran with their families after becoming targets of the regime. Speaking out, living openly, or simply being seen had become life-threatening. Escape was the only option.

Through intimate testimony and never-before-shared personal histories, the film follows their separate journeys out of Iran and toward Israel—journeys marked by fear, secrecy, loss, and resilience. Each woman’s story is distinct, yet together they reveal a hidden chapter of modern history: the silencing of women whose identities, beliefs, and courage placed them in danger.

Rather than focusing on politics alone, the film centers on the human cost of repression—what it means to leave behind a homeland, a language, and a former life in order to survive. These women are not symbols; they are witnesses. Their survival is an act of resistance.

The Silenced Women’s Revolution is a powerful documentary about voice, identity, and the price of freedom—told by women who were never meant to be heard.
