Against Gravity is inspired by the true story of Dr. John Frank, a former NFL player, and two-time Super Bowl winner, who walked away from professional football at the peak of his career to pursue medicine—and later, an unlikely dream: building Israel’s first Olympic bobsled team. What begins as an improbable idea becomes a journey of identity, resilience, and brotherhood, as a group of outsiders push beyond limits in pursuit of something larger than themselves. Set against the unforgiving world of elite competition, the film explores what it means to chase purpose when success is never guaranteed.
